Bismillah #7dayschallengejsr , hari ini udah masuk detox sayur. Dan rasanya ya ga ada rasa apa2, seger dingin2 gitu hehe. Detox hari 3 "Sayur" = Pokcoy, sawi putih, dan kentang. Resep detox by @zaidulakbar Utk yg lain bisa liat2 di @resep.jsr Detox ini akan menghasilkan efek yg luar biasa bila dikerjakan dg rutin dan sesuai rules nya. Rules nya sebagai berikut : #Day1 : Rempah (misal jahe, kayu manis, kunyit, ketumbar, dll) pilih salah satu atau dua. #Day2 : Buah (lemon,semangka,pisang,dll). #Day3 : Sayur (sawi,seledri,ketimun,dll). #Day4 : balik lg ke pola #Day1 , polanya diulang terus "rempah-buah-sayur" begitu trs selama sebulan. Cara membuatnya : Bahan dipotong2, dimasukkan ke tempat minum yg berisi air suhu ruang/dingin 600 ml, ga usah byk2 cukup beberapa potong atau 1/3 bagian tempat minum. Ekstraksi mulai optimal di 6 jam pertama, dan maksimal 12 jam. Jika lebih dari 12 jam jangan di refill lg, karena kadar kandungan udah mentok di 12 jam. Ganti yg baru. Kurma 1-3 butir bisa masuk di 3 hari tadi dan berulang. Tetep minum air 2-3 liter /hari.
