Easy PEASY dinner!!!! Grabbed 4sp rolls from @aldiusa, and 4sp for 4 @alfrescochicken meatballs from @gianteagle, with some 0sp sauce taken out from the freezer. These meatballs are delish, and already cooked— I just threw them on the stove with sauce, toasted the rolls in the oven with garlic salt and Italian seasoning. When your mind wanders, where does it go? . For me, I’m a dreamer! (Thank goodness for my sweet husband for bringing me back down to Earth sometimes!) When I get lost in my thought... they are normally somewhere between our dream home I can’t wait to own on/near the water, to the mother I am so eager to become one day, to what we’re having for dinner. . Workout Wednesday Hope everyone is having a great week. Today I have a total body DB workout for you. DB Incline Press Underhand Bent Over Row Lateral Curl/Hammer Curl DB Skull Crusher DB Goblet Squat Reverse Lunge Stiff Leg Deadlift You can either perform each move individually for 3 sets of 12 reps or if you’re crunched for time perform as a circuit, 6 rounds at 6 reps per move. Perform the curls as a superset, back to back as one long set of reps. Be sure to focus on proper form and use a weight that you can control but still gives you a challenge during your last few reps. If performing as a circuit, lower weight slightly to account for increased cardiovascular demand. LIFE HAPPENS. ⁣ ⁣ Here I go on my rant. Last night I got 3 hours of sleep. WHY? Because a rodent of some sort decided they wanted to live in my home with me. I was up all night listening to the dang thing scurry in the ceiling/freaking out it was going to get me. 🙄 ⁣ ⁣ After work I was stoked to go to the gym. After arriving and changing out of my work clothes, i realized I didn’t have my lifting shoes or running shoes. I live 30 minutes from the gym. So there I went, home for the day super bummed. ⁣ ⁣ As much as I would love to just order a pizza 🍕 and sit on my couch, I decided to AT LEAST stick to my macros for the day. I’m still going to stay clear of the alcohol 🍷 and I’m going to get my water in. ⁣ ⁣ I however, did crack open a @reignbodyfuel and I am currently drinking it because I just can’t let it go to waste 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ So tonight may just be another late night. ⁣ ⁣ ✨Keep me occupied, what the heck did your Wednesday look like? ✨

Tips on staying motivated all the time ⬇️⁣ ⁣ None, I have absolutely none because it’s impossible. I am 100% not motivated ALL the time. Anyone who says they are... is lyinnnnnnn!!!⁣ ⁣ I go through days at a time where I do not want to go to the gym, I don’t wanna do anything at all, I’m just so tired and I want to lay around and do absolutely nothing. (this week lol) i’ve literally been having to drag myself to the gym. ⁣ ⁣ My advice for this is to always remember how you feel after the work out. Even if I have a crappy lift, I’m always feeling better than I was beforehand. Nothing can beat that post workout feelin 🥰 Keeping my end goal in mind helps immensely as well... I’m never gonna get there if I sit on my 🍑 all day. ⁣ ⁣ What helps all of you to stay motivated? ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Friends!! 💗 I’m going to start sharing some of what I like to do in the gym. I usually start off by walking 1 mile around 3.5 mph with 0% incline. After that I like to do a circuit involving 3-5 movements for arms, abs, then booty (12-15 total). After one round I do a burst of cardio (jump rope 3 minutes, run, stair master, etc)!! I repeat this 3 times (arms, abs, booty, cardio) then walk another 1-2 miles. I never use heavy any heavy weights. Depending on my energy sometimes I do extra cardio (boxing is my favorite)💗💗 Hope everyone is having great week😇

I have had some bad nutrition days lately and I'm disappointed in myself for that, but I am not disappointed in the fact that I stay committed and every day I keep showing up. A month from now you can either have a month of excuses, or a month of progress. As Dori says, "just keep swimming!" One bad meal (or a few 🤦‍♀️) won't make you fat, just like one good meal won't make you skinny. We all experience slip ups, weight loss isn't a destination it is an endless journey to trying to be the strongest, healthiest and and best version of yourself!

It's totally normal, it does happen especially after pizza and flavoured caramel popcorn 😋🙈 I try my best to eat healthy on a regular basis but once a week I do like to treat myself to pizza which is very high in sodium which makes me bloated the next day. So what helps with debloating? Here are my top tips 👉👉👉 -Drink lots of water 💧 water can help with sodium retention and it's actually great for detoxing, as it will make you go go go 🚽 and help flush all the sodium out. -Training!🏋 Getting a good HIIT/WEIGHTS Workout will also help you feel less bloated, I also recommend adding an abs circuit after your workout as a finisher. -Stress relief activities 🕉 like yoga, meditation, and even seeing a close relative or friend has been proven to relieve stress and make you feel happy, as sometimes bloating can be caused by stress. -Sleep! 💤 This might seem silly, but there has been proven scientific studies that a good night's sleep can help with feeling less bloated. LET'S TALK ABOUT **LAT** ENGAGEMENT - I've never felt an exercise active my lower lats more than this exercise right here! - Single Arm Neutral Grip T-Bar Row - Bend at a 45 degree angle. Pick up the T-Bar while keeping your lower back straight. The palm of the hand should be facing inward. This will be your starting position. Pull the bar up to the side of your oblique, keeping your upper arm close to your side and keeping the torso stationary. - Form Tip - Make sure to keep your shoulder down and you elbow as tight to your side at possible. To add a little more to the exercise, hold the move for around 2 secs at the top of the movement. It's totally normal, it does happen especially after pizza and flavoured caramel popcorn 😋🙈 I try my best to eat healthy on a regular basis but once a week I do like to treat myself to pizza which is very high in sodium which makes me bloated the next day. So what helps with debloating? Here are my top tips 👉👉👉 -Drink lots of water 💧 water can help with sodium retention and it's actually great for detoxing, as it will make you go go go 🚽 and help flush all the sodium out. -Training!🏋 Getting a good HIIT/WEIGHTS Workout will also help you feel less bloated, I also recommend adding an abs circuit after your workout as a finisher. -Stress relief activities 🕉 like yoga, meditation, and even seeing a close relative or friend has been proven to relieve stress and make you feel happy, as sometimes bloating can be caused by stress. -Sleep! 💤 This might seem silly, but there has been proven scientific studies that a good night's sleep can help with feeling less bloated.
