You guys know I mostly always do my workouts standing but sometimes sitting can add some extra work to some exercises. - The seated front raise is a great one cause you’re forced to drive most of the work from the shoulders. Who'd have thought, right? ⠀⠀ Although accessory exercises like kickbacks & fire hydrants are useful–as supporting exercises–you need to focus on two main areas. ⠀⠀ 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 (heavy hip thrusts, deadlifts, RDLs, lunge) 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗴 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 ⠀⠀ Yeeeeees, I said it. You're going to have to do the one thing I already know you hate, but i'd always recommend it for one main reason. ⠀⠀ 𝗗𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗴𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀. ⠀⠀ A lot of people can have a weaker glute. One that they struggle to get firing in exercise.
