I spent the first six months of my coaching business totally stuck.
Six months without making a dime.
Six months, legitimately wondering whether or not I was even cut out for this, or if I should just cut my losses and go back to a full-time job.
But in month 7? My first high-ticket sale.
And in month 8? A $12k month.
And in month 9? I raised my prices by 75 percent.
And in all the months since then? I’ve grown that momentum even more.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m proud AF of these results because honestly, I never thought I’d be the one sharing them.
But more importantly, I’m sharing them to underscore that this wasn’t an overnight success. It wasn’t some magical secret that everyone else had and I didn’t.
What changed everything for me wasn’t about doing more, spending more, or learning more. It was about 3 things:
👉 I got massive CLARITY on who I served, the problem I solved for them, and why I was the best person for the job, which made me feel confident in myself and my offer.
👉 I let that confidence shine through in my CONTENT, and learned exactly what I needed to be saying to my audience in order to stand out and compel them to want to learn more.
👉 And I showed up CONSISTENTLY for my people, even when I didn’t have any people. I held nothing back, made those relationships my top priority, demonstrated my ability to solve their problems, and KEPT SHOWING UP and staying top of mind, even and especially when it felt like I wasn’t getting any traction.
This simple, replicable strategy has now become my Clarity, Content, Consistency (CCC) Framework, which I now use to help my clients experience the same quantum leaps in their own businesses as I did, without the hustle and overwhelm.
