Ich habe mir eine leckere Müslibowl mit den Bio Naturgut Produkten von @pennydeutschland gemacht 🥣 Als Grundlage gab es das 5-Korn Basismüsli, dann, von oben nach unten gesehen, Leinsamen, Kokosblütenzucker & Mangostücke 🌾 Als Flüssigkeit habe ich den Reisdrink statt Milch benutzt 🥛 Also mein Fazit: Die Mischung hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Allerdings finde ich das Müsli, trotz genügend Flüssigkeit, irgendwie recht trocken im Mund. Der Kokosblütenzucker ist nicht zu intensiv und auch die Leinsamen fügen so gut ein 😊 bei den Mangos muss ich aufpassen, dass ich sie nicht alle sofort aufesse 😅 die sind echt richtig gut. Der Reisdrink ist nicht sooo mein Ding. Ich finde er schmeckt nach kaltem Milchreis nur mit Wasser statt Milch gemacht 😆 Mich hat das Frühstück lange satt gehalten und das finde ich, wenn ich mal frühstücke, wichtig 😃 Was sagen denn meine Mittester so dazu? CONSISTENCY | I had so many people message me after my story yesterday! I ran for the first time in over a year and it was H A R D 😅 which I totally knew it would be! . I used to be an avid runner. I’ve done 2 full marathons and I’d guess like 10-15 half marathons and probably another 10-15 10k and 5k’s. . But I hadn’t ran in so long. So it was rough and I kinda sucked. But you know what?!? I didn’t give up! I told myself I was going to do it and I DID IT! . Here’s the thing... motivation comes and goes. Being excited about fitness.. it comes and goes. But CONSISTENCY is where progress is made. So we truly need to focus on what gets you going and what you enjoy! And then DO that! . ⭐Peaches n' Creame⭐ Personally, I had peaches in plain whole milk Greek yogurt. Full of protein and a very satisfying dessert. 👍 These yummy peaches in whipped heavy cream (pictured) went to my husband, for his dessert. 😋🍑 I also added a little bit of honey. 🍯 Even though I've been eating heathier, I still crave a sweet treat after dinner. So fruit and yogurt it is! ⭐ Better for me to eat this than some other dessert. I talk about #do1more a lot..... but up until today, I only used it in reference to self-improvement. It started with, 1 more rep, 1 more minute, or 1 more JABS song (YAS @ JABS Encores!!!), and YOU have taken this and turned it into a total MOVEMENT. A lot of us are starting to model our lives about it. Today, my Jabber @lisaadamsinnyc released a blog post with the title of my hashtag #do1more, where she discusses how the motto enabled her to add a 21st layer to what was going to be a 20-layer cake. . . In her blog post, “As I made both of these cakes one of my favorite lessons came to mind. My teacher Gina DiNapoli of JABS by Gina has a philosophy of #Do1more. Of course her reference is fitness. Do one more set. One more rep. One more push-up. One more jab. You’re already done. Goal met. Sweaty. Tired. Fatigued. What’s one more? Just go for it. Exceed your own expectations!” . “Two years ago, long before I knew Gina, I wrote my own version of #Do1more in this very blog. I wrote “Think about what sets you apart from your peers or competitors. How can you improve? What is working? What seems stale in your offerings? I always say it takes very little effort to be extraordinary. Just go one extra step, do one more thing, take one more minute because it makes a difference. Spinach totilini with fresh tomatoes and Itailian herbs: 1 package tortellini 1 1/2 cup fresh spinach 1 fresh chopped tomato 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp onion powder 2 tbsp lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste Boil tortellini to cook and drain. It is some of the hardest work you will ever do when working on your mental health. The inconsistencies that each day could bring, the unknown, and the deep trenches can make the light seem out of reach, far out of reach. #ad At times I can feel depleted and utterly exhausted from coming face to face with my opponent, my anxiety, OCD, and depression but the only direction I will move is forward. My best is more than good enough and my best continues to keep my hope alive and catapult me to the finish line of every challenge. I continue to say bad days are moments in time, not setbacks or failures. We have to do the work though if we want to make that light come into view. Among the many resources I have in my corner I always turn to @headspace for my meditation and mindfulness work. Right when you log in you are greeted with a question asking about your mental health that day, and I have committed to being honest, because honesty breeds progress to me. You are encouraged, supported, cheered on, and accepted in this space. You can even join in and meditate with others and I cannot stress enough how important community is to your mental health recovery. I receive a nightly reminder, at the time I choose, to take time for myself, breathe, and let go of whatever is not serving my progress. It’s not about whether or not I meditate every night, it’s about setting the intention to make my mental health journey a priority. I am grateful to be partnering with @headspace and incorporate their programs into my daily practice toward mental wellness by helping me center, calm during periods of high anxiety, and even allow me to “let go” at the end of the day for a restful night’s sleep and there is nothing more important than progressing from the inside out. #headspace
